About The Leona Neal Senior Center

As Cleveland County's leading agency on aging, The Council on Aging promotes aging as a normal process. The Council on Aging of Cleveland County will significantly influence the lives of older adults of Cleveland County and improve their quality of life by providing opportunities for:

Social interaction, encouragement and support from peers and others
Application of wisdom, experience, skills and insight in meaningful ways
Encouragement and maintenance of healthy, independent lifestyles in an atmosphere that acknowledges the value of human life, affirms dignity and self worth of older adults, and maintains a climate of respect, trust and support, and by becoming an integral part of the aging network and serving the community.

"To maintain the Senior Center as a focal point, promoting aging as a natural process, by opening doors that improve the quality of life of older adults in Cleveland County."
